Legal & Policies

By accessing and using the Caviar Jets platform, services, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

Caviar Jets acts solely as an air charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by fully certified direct air carriers that exercise full operational control of the charter flights at all times. Carriers are solely responsible for the safe operation of flights.

A flight is not confirmed until full payment is received and the itinerary is formally accepted by the operating carrier. Cancellations are subject to strict policies depending on the nature of the flight.

• Standard Charter: Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
• Empty Legs: Empty leg flights are highly opportunistic and are completely non-refundable once booked. If the primary leg is cancelled, the empty leg may be cancelled by the operator without liability.

Funds deposited into a Caviar Jets Reserve account are non-refundable but never expire. Hourly rates are subject to change annually on January 1st, but will remain fixed for the duration of the calendar year. Membership privileges, including guaranteed availability, are non-transferable and subject to blackout dates.
